Hi Nick,

Most mail systems have a "Reply" button that should work just fine.

I don't really have time to take you through basic colorimetrics, so  
I recommend using one of the many online resources available, or  
buying a book.  Have a look at:

	http://www.cis.rit.edu/mcsl/online/cie.php

This should get you started.
