[Radiance-general] Nrv - Radiance viewer for windows

I've uploaded to http://www.aisarquitectura.com/nrv/ the interactive viewer,
you will need the windows radiance binaries installed and running in your
machine. I dont have many free time to work on it so i prefer upload this
impatient & bugged version.
