[Radiance-general] gendaymtx '-5' option not working

Dear All,

I am trying to generate a '-5' sky vector from a weather file that contains
just:

place SANTIAGO_CHL
latitude -33.38
longitude 70.78
time_zone 60
site_elevation 476.0
weather_data_file_units 1
1 1 9.5 756 189

I am using the command:

g*endaymtx -h -5 0.533 -m 1 Santiago.wea > test*

but I am getting the exact same sky vector as without the '-5' option (i.e.
full sky). Any hints on this? I am trying to implement the 5 phases...
