Always expect the unexpected! ;)

I was now able to figure out ConicalFaces and RevolvedFaces.
If possible, they will get exported as (a series of) cones.
I've also added functions to export topography meshes as either normal
Radiance triangles, or as Wavefront Object Files for use with obj2mesh.
It's still rough and clumsy, but seems to complete the basic task now.

Together with some cleanup of both code and output, this elevates
RRadout 0.2 to the status of "prototype".

@Andy, you may want to point the entrance on radiance-online to
this page, so you won't have to keep it up to date seperately.

Unfortunately though, further updates may not come quickly.
I don't currently have access to a Revit installation anymore.
So unless anyone else steps in, that will be it for the moment.
