[Radiance-general] Incomplete epw information

Daniel,

You should be able to generate the .wea file from diffuse horizontal
radiation and direct normal radiation values. The structure of the lines
after the heading in .wea file is:

month day hour directNormalRadiation diffuseHorizontalRadiation

You can also check Daysim's source code if you have it installed on your
system. You should be able to find it at: "C:\DAYSIM\src\epw2wea\epw2wea.c"
