Hi Liam,

If IES-VE does not move blinds based on solar penetration (2% criteria) as
described in LM-83, then the sDA results will incorrect. To get the LEED
credit you need to use the method prescribed in LM-83 and that means you
need to have blinds/shades that are not "static"
