[Radiance-general] Installation problem

Hi Aloisio,

Apologies, the Windows Radiance installer that was on the NREL website a couple of months ago was no good (it was a debug build). It has since been updated with a release build, so please re-download the installer and try again.

Dear Radiance staff and users:

I installed successfully Radiance for Windows version two months ago on my computer.

Having asked my research assistant to do the same, she attempted to install under Windows 7 and got the message: "the application has failed to start due to an incorrect side-by-side configuration is incorrect." She was suggested to see application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Someone knows what I could try?
