Hi Sokol,
If you are OK using a Tregenza (or Reinhart) sky subdivision, then you can use rtcontrib to compute all the patch contributions at once. A complete explanation of the process is provided in Axel Jacobs' tutorial, with additional methods for handling BSDFs described by Andy McNeil.
