[Radiance-general] Modelling of a lightshelf

Dear all, 

I
 have tried to model a lightshelf inside a single room in order to 
verify its impact but It seems that Daysim consider this element like an
 obstacle to light more than a reflecting object. Is there any simple 
way to model a typical lightshelf?
