Ouch, just had to realize that it does not.

Here are short instructions to build the packages:

sudo apt-get install fakeroot devscripts
sudo apt-get build-dep radiance
dget -xu \
 ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/r/radiance/radiance_4R0+20100331-1.dsc
cd radiance-4R0+20100331
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot
cd ..
sudo dpkg -i radiance*.deb

I could provide packages for lucid if there is some interest, just let me know
for which architecture please.
