[Radiance-general] Understanding rtcontrib

Hello all,

I've been working through Axel Jacobs' excellent 'rtcontrib' tutorial  
(thank you Axel!!) and have hit a wall when it comes to using the  
'reinhart.cal' file in lieu of the 'tregenza.cal file.  Using the  
latter 'cal' file I get a complete bin of images for each patch:
$ vwrays -ff -vf fish_up.vf | rtcontrib @rtc.opt -ffc $(vwrays -d -vf  
fish_up.vf)   -f tregenza.cal -b tbin -o ./images/patches/p%03d.hdr -m  
sky_glow -w test.oct

However when using the reinhart.cal file the images in the bin are  
only partially completed  and listed as 'unfinished' when viewed with  
ximage (I'm pretty sure that I'm using the most recent reinhart.cal  
file; v 1.4 2009/12/09 21:34:23):
$ vwrays -ff -vf fish_up.vf | rtcontrib @rtc.opt -ffc $(vwrays -d -vf  
fish_up.vf) -e MF:2  -f reinhart.cal -b rbin -o ./images/patches/p 
%03d.hdr -m sky_glow -w test.oct

Has anyone come across similar results?
