[Radiance-general] .ies files for LED Spots

If the company does not add their own lenses or reflectors chances are good
that the individual LED output is unmodified. In this case you can search
for
an IES file of an individual LED (single LED fitting) and adjust the output
to
match the 64 LED fitting.
