Try adjusting the –sj specular jittering parameter between 0 and 1. Looks like the default is –sj 1, so you might run a test with –sj 0.3 for comparison. I’m not sure which one would actually look better though, or if it affects accuracy.

 

> The resulting image has many reflection spots on the ceiling, which is the problem.  The ceiling is mostly just a white material. The floor is a carpet.
