[Radiance-general] Fritted glass script for Radiance

Hi Ted,
If you've been following the discussion, you'll know that you cannot
use the output of Optics5 directly in Radiance and expect to get good
results. You need to use optics2rad or the glaze script to arrive at
a good model of your glazing system.
