[Radiance-general] pinterp missing -vts [was: vta 2 vth]

Hi Thomas,

I just gave it a go with the latest HEAD, and it seems to be working  
just fine.  I don't know what might be amiss with your installation,  
but the main disto. seems OK.

It's a good idea to add an example of this to the pinterp man page.   
Will do so for the next release.
