[Radiance-general] trouble in installing radiance on ubuntu 8.03-a new user

Hello,

I would suggest to use 'radiance' and 'radiance-materials' packages from
ubuntu repository.
On Ubuntu, use this command: sudo apt-get install radiance
radiance-materials
