[Radiance-general] request for help in running gendaylit

Hi ALL,

can any one help me on running 'gendaylit' command for two climates. i am
using Radiance binaries compiled with Mingw32 for windows. couple of weeks
back the gendaylit command worked on my system after tweaking the
environment variables. it doesn't seem to work again now.  and i don't
remember what i did to make it work , and i am not able to figure out. when
run the command this is what i get even though i have necessary files with
in the C:\radiance\lib. for executing gendaylit command.

C:\Radiance>gendaylit 3 21 12.15MDT -s -a 40.02 -o 105.25 -m 105 -W 492 282
> ps
ky_321_boulder.rad
file coeff_perez.dat cannot be opened
lect_coeff_perez does not work

can any one please help me running the following gendaylit command for two
climates. i just need the .rad files, i will further process them. This is
for my thesis.

# for Boulder,CO climate
gendaylit 3 21 12.15MDT -s -a 40.02 -o 105.25 -m 105 -W 492 282 >
psky_321_boulder.rad
gendaylit 6 21 12.15MDT -s -a 40.02 -o 105.25 -m 105 -W 866 152 >
psky_621_boulder.rad
gendaylit 9 21 12.15MDT -s -a 40.02 -o 105.25 -m 105 -W 649 223 >
psky_921_boulder.rad
gendaylit 12 21 12.15MST -s -a 40.02 -o 105.25 -m 105 -W 881 52 >
psky_1221_boulder.rad

# for Arcata,CA climate

gendaylit 3 21 12.15PDT -s -a 40.98 -o 124.10 -m 120 -W 2 209 >
psky_321_Arcata.rad
gendaylit 6 21 12.15PDT -s -a 40.98 -o 124.10 -m 120 -W 665 258 >
psky_621_Arcata.rad
gendaylit 9 21 12.15PDT -s -a 40.98 -o 124.10 -m 120 -W 2 408 >
psky_921_Arcata.rad
gendaylit 12 21 12.15PST -s -a 40.98 -o 124.10 -m 120 -W 267 166 >
