it is archived on radsite:

http://radsite.lbl.gov/radiance/pub/old/

But I wonder why you were using that release three years ago (when 3.6
was available), and why you want to use it now. Re-running your
simulations using the latest release of Radiance should be easy, except
the name changes (rvu & Co) that you would have to solve - looks like
five minutes work compared to the trouble of getting that old release
set-up...
