Hi Erik,

If you assume a 400 lux level averaged over room surfaces, and 40%  
average reflectance, you get:

	400 lux * 40% / pi / 179 lm/watt

= 0.28 watts/sr/meter^2

which is the value you give to the -av option (i.e., -av 0.28 0.28  
0.28).
