[Radiance-general] 3.8 Falsecolor Scale

OK, fine.  I added a "-s auto" specification to set the maximum to  
the penultimate foveal maximum as reported by the "phisto" command.   
I didn't make it the default, because it takes a bit longer to  
compute that way.
