[Radiance-general] Radiance tech. note #3 - Generate ambient sampling markers

Genampos is a script to generate markers where ambient
sampling occurred.  A Technical Note (#3) describing its use
is now available:

Go to the 'resources' section.  The genampos script usually
resides in ray/src/util as genampos.csh but is not installed
by default. There is a bug in the current (3.5) and previous
versions. Get the fixed version from the development source
tree or pick it up with the tech note.
