[Radiance-general] Rview

The program formerly known as rview is now known as rvu. Not sure what
vintage(s) of Radiance installs you have on your machines, but I’d start
by substituting rvu for rview. If this is a very new install on the
Windows system you may be hitting an issue with the latest builds. In that
case you;d get a Qt error, and I’d recommend using a slightly older
version of the installer (assuming you’re using the NREL installers in
this case).
