[Radiance-general] Errors with 'gendaymtx' and 'dctimestep'

Hi Alireza,

Error #1:

Error #2:
Have you checked that your daylight matrix uses the same sky subdivision as
the sky matrix? The default for gendaymtx is 145 sky divisions.
