[Radiance-general] dctimestep_Annual results with a sky matrix

Dear Urtza,

If you are working with one of the last Radiance release, you can try the
new command *rmtxop*

*dctimestep.......  | rmtxop -fa -c 47.4 119.9 11.6 > illum.dat *

that allows to convert from irradiance to illuminance values, in a matrix
of size #sensors x 8760.
