[Radiance-general] BSDF file for light redirecting film

Dear Chris,

The files used by Basurto in her thesis (
http://dx.doi.org/10.5075/epfl-thesis-6425) were monitored using EPFL's
gonio-photometer. We had the manufacturers providing samples that we
measured.
