[Radiance-general] 5-phase method - Direct daylight matrix

Hi Leyla,
This section computes the direct component of the three-phase method in
order to subtract it out.  The transmission properties of glazing.rad are
contained in the BSDF (bsdf/fullwindow.xml) and is applied in the second
dctimestep command in section 6.8.
