[Radiance-general] Updated Radiance Installers Available

German,

dctimestep has been updated to allow to use the sky matrix file from
gendaymtx.  Look at the -n option in the dctimestep manpage.  This update
to dctimestep replaces the need for the gpu version of dctimestep
(dctimestepgpu / dctimestepcpu) that some users may have received directly
from me.
