[Radiance-general] Rotate luminaire ies

Hello,

I am using ies2rad to convert ies file.  I use xform to move the luminaire
to the correct locations. However, how can I rotate the luminaire by 90
degs?

xform -t 0.9 1.2 2.775  luminaire.rad > light_0.rad
