[Radiance-general] new evalglare version

Dear all,

this is a short announcement, that a new evalglare version (v1.04) is 
available (download here: http://www.ise.fraunhofer.de/radiance) .

Some important bugs are fixed now which were introduced to the v1.0 
version. They could cause completely wrong results, especially with its 
use together with gen_dgp_profile (within Daysim and DIVA). So I 
strongly recommend to use the v1.04 version (or the old 0.9f) -

It should compile now also under MAC - those users should add the 
-fnested-functions to the flags.
