[Radiance-general] rtcontrib - setting maximum number of open files on OSX 10.6.8

Hi Michael,

Not sure if this will help or not as this is a linux thing, but perhaps
there is something similar in OSX. Under linux there is "limits.conf"
which enables configuration of limits in a number of different ways
including by username.
