[Radiance-general] Gensky Time format

Hi all,

I am using gensky to know the sunvector.

gensky  10  13  10:27CET  +s  -a 57.01305  -o  -9.988333 
does the time format used in the gensky command  includes seconds also e.g i want to know the sun vector at 10:27:30 hrs ?
