[Radiance-general] pfilt: picture too dark or too bright

hi Giovanni, the test01_sky.rad file includes the bright function 
definition of the sky but does noy apply it to any geometry, probably 
you need to include the sky definition, i cant try it because i have not 
the perezlum.cal file
