[Radiance-general] radmap (on windows)

Hi,

I've just started to look at using radmap, but am having some teething
problems.  It seems to generate a load of sky images but fails at the
next stage, creating cumulative sky files of zero size.

I've attached the (shortened) command output below.  Any ideas what I'm
doing wrong?  (I'm using the latest Windows binaries and am pretty sure
environment variables are set correctly and I can render the scene file
normally)  I will try running on Linux this afternoon, but it would be
more convenient to be able to use it in Windows.
