Hi Rob,

Perhaps you didn't meant to reply to the whole list, but we haven't  
decided costs just yet.  They are generally modest for speakers, but  
Raphael can tell you more.  In the past, we have invited speakers,  
and if you're in the area anyway, you would be a good candidate.
