[Radiance-general] ambient settings

Hi Jelle,

Setting -ar 0 effectively makes the minimum sampling distance a  
pixel, while eliminating the "maximum sampling distance" which is  
related to the -ar setting when it is non-zero.  This is sometimes  
necessary in very large scenes.
