[Radiance-general] Pvalue units

Hi Adriana,

If you use the -o option of pvalue, then the output of the -b option  
is watts/steradian/meter^2 and should be multiplied by the standard  
conversion factor of 179 lumens/watt to get to candelas/meter^2 (or  
nits).  A candela is a lumen/steradian.
