[Radiance-general] Download site for evalglare, photon-mapping and gendaylit

Dear Radiance users,

we are actually restructuring out Web-pages and we managed to put some 
RADIANCE tools on a page for download.
Unfortunately the English version of the new site will be launched only 
1-2 months from now.
In the meanwhile you can easily find and download there

    1. evalglare: A new tool for detecting glare sources and calculating 
glare indices, especially the new DGP (daylight glare probability)
    2. Photon-mapping, version 4.3: This version is for the RADIANCE 3.7P2
    3. gendaylit: Perez sky model

                                even if you can't understand the German.
