[Radiance-general] makeall script (HEAD) on Debian 3.1

Hi Lars,
Nothing has changed in makeall, recently. Are you sure your C-shell
(or equivalent) is OK. This is normal syntax for reading a line from
the terminal in csh. Still works on OS X.
