[Radiance-general] rtcontrib & daylight coefficients

Greg et all,

I've done a few more tests and with -ad set to 10000 and -lw set to 
0.0001 the results are much more consistent (and all previous issues are 
no longer applicable).  This seems a bit extreme but it works.
