[Radiance-general] radzilla 1.0

Hi all,

with some months delay I finally managed to put together a 1.0 release
of radzilla.

There is a lot of new stuff to check out, e.g full compatibility to
classic Radiance, a new source partitioning scheme and some new
modifer/material primitives --

--and certainly this or that bug lurking around and waiting to be 
discovered :-)
