Follow the link to "Intl. workshops / 2004" on 
http://www.radiance-online.org/ and the page on the right hand side says 
"browse workshop DC online", or do it in one go with

http://www.radiance-online.org/radiance-workshop3/cd/

There are compressed versions of the ISO image (a 1:1 copy of the CD) 
available too, in case someone wants to burn her/his own copy.
