Hi!

I've put pre-compiled binaries for Windows/Cygwin of the latest 3R6P1
Radiance version here:

http://www.dream.unipa.it/dream/pub/dot/anselmo/radiance/cygwin/radiance_cygwin_3R6P1.tar.gz

The package also includes 3ds2mgf, gendaylit, a sample bash_profile with
the correct environment variable exports and a README file with
information about how to install the binaries.

I hope that you may find it useful.
