I believe that's still being finalized, Kevin.  Greg, Rob & Chas had a 
print-on-demand publisher set up but things fell through at the last 
minute as I recall, and they were looking for another provider.  So, 
hopefully you'll be able to get your mitts on a copy Real Soon Now.
