While it is indeed great that the book is available again for a
reasonable price, the ordering process is slightly suboptimal.
Whoever has a direct communication channel to booksurge might
want to provide them some feedback: Asking for the buyers name
and phone number etc, before informing them about the total
costs (incl. shipping) is extremely bad style. You only need
the country for that, no personally identifiable data.
