[Radiance-general] Needed Source Code

Dear Group

Does anyone here have any C source code toobtain either the Y-X dimensions 
or the aspect ratio from a Radiance *.pic file ? Also, does anyone here know 
if there are any tools available to reorient (i.e. change surface normal 
direction) of a polygon primitive in Radiance.
