Hi Pillo,

I don't know much about most of your question, but i can point you in the 
direction of an example application of the brtdfunc.  have a look at 
he.cal.  it doesn't actually work as well as it could (problems in 
calculation of z0 and Dsum2 which i had to fix up), but it is a working 
function file and example of application of brtdfunc.
