Having to compute some streetlighting cases in Czechia, with Siteco
luminaires, I've written another convertor than windows-only eulumcnv
(assuming just one lampset, as I did not noticed any file with more than
one set to test it), as an option within my programme, originally working
just on ies files: ies2tab. A linux and msdos binary is available, for
those users, who do not use (free)pascal. See
 http://amper.ped.muni.cz/light/ies2

It's not much tested, a more robust version may appear within a week.
