[Radiance-dev] mingw rtcontrib (under windows)

Hi Francesco,
I remember this used to be a problem way back in 1990(?) when I first
compiled Radiance under MS-DOS, but I would think they'd have fixed
it by now... I guess it wouldn't be the first thing that never got
fixed. Maybe it's a "feature?"
