[HDRI] Flare&ghost removal

There is a manual approach in FDR Tools, as seen in the third  
tutorial movie on this site:
http://fdrtools.com/tutorials/tutorials_e.php

In my opinion quite tedious, and wasteful with the unmoving image parts.
