Hi Santiago, The false color option in Photosphere does do logarithmic mappings -- just specify a non-zero lower limit, and the scale becomes logarithmic. (This is the default if the "Auto" box is checked -- will be spelled out in the documentation, eventually!) Sorry we'll miss you in Leicester! -Greg
